FAQ

Our ORE preparation is primarily delivered digitally, allowing candidates to study from anywhere in the UK or overseas.
Any in-person elements are currently based in the North West (Bolton/Manchester area). At present, we do not run face-to-face teaching in London, but the digital format means London-based candidates can complete most of the programme without travelling.

Yes, absolutely. The course has been designed to be accessible for London-based and international candidates, with digital delivery forming the core of the programme.

Yes, our ORE is offered in partnership with Phoenix Dental Academy, and Anita Pradhan is one of the lecturers on the course.

If the candidate is already in the UK on a Skilled Worker visa, a Student visa is not required for the digital course.
Visa requirements can vary depending on individual circumstances, so we always recommend candidates seek independent immigration advice for confirmation.

Yes. All core study materials, learning resources, and guided reading are provided as part of the course. Candidates are fully supported with structured content and clear learning pathways.

Attendance is kept to a minimum and scheduled well in advance to allow for planning.
Exact numbers depend on the specific pathway chosen, but the programme is intentionally designed to limit travel and maximise flexibility, particularly for candidates travelling from London or overseas.

There are no hidden costs.
Course fees cover tuition, academic support, and core learning materials. Any additional costs (such as personal travel or accommodation for optional in-person days) are clearly communicated upfront so candidates can plan confidently.

This is a common situation. The GDC does not recognise overseas implant experience alone, and simply completing a set number of implant placements is not sufficient without appropriate UK-based education, governance, and supervision.

In this case, we would advise:

  • Enrolling on a short, structured implant pathway that includes formal mentoring and supervised cases
  • Focus on UK governance, consent, record-keeping, and indemnity requirements
  • Understanding that implant placements must be done under a UK-based mentor’s indemnity, particularly as the candidate does not have their own patients

We can support candidates in choosing the most efficient and appropriate route, without committing them to unnecessarily long programmes, while still meeting GDC expectations and patient safety standards.

We offer a range of flexible payment options to support our delegates:

  • Pay in full – via our website or by bank transfer
  • Finance options – available through Tabeo (subject to approval)
  • 12-month payment plan – £5,000 deposit to secure your place, with the remaining balance spread evenly over 12 monthly instalments

Yes. Part 1 of the course is fully digital-only, making it ideal for international delegates, as you can complete it entirely remotely without compromising educational quality. Part 2 will be scheduled for when you come to the UK to sit your Part 1 examination.
