The Certificate in Dental Implants for Dental Nurses – EduQual Level 3 (Online) is a specialist professional development programme designed to equip dental nurses with foundational knowledge and practical understanding of dental implant procedures.
This course is delivered fully online and combines evidence-based theory with real-world clinical insights to support safe and competent practice within implant dentistry. Learners will gain confidence in assisting with implant treatments, understanding materials and instruments, and supporting patient care throughout the implant journey. The course is delivered by way of 2 units and an assessment. Candidates must hold GDC registration and a recognised Dental Nurse qualification. Candidates must work in a dental practice and have access to a minimum of 15 implant patients. Full practice support is required. Candidates get two attempts at the online examination.
Upon successful completion, participants receive a recognised EduQual Level 3 certificate that enhances both clinical capability and career prospects within the dental team.
