Dr Wasif was born in Dubai, and moved to the UK to study at the Eastman Dental Institute in London — one of the most respected dental institutions in the world.
He didn’t stop at one master’s degree. He earned two: an MSc in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, and an MSc in Implantology.
Today, he’s a Tier 2 Specialist-led Oral Surgery Practitioner, working as a peripatetic oral surgeon across multiple clinics so more patients — and more dentists — can benefit from what he knows.
He kept seeing the same thing: GDPs referring out cases they were fully capable of treating themselves, simply because nobody had properly taught them the technique. So he helped build the MSc in Dento-Alveolar Surgery to fix exactly that.
